THHS Golf Fundraiser

Last week the Varsity Mustangs concluded a very successful 2013 summer season with a record of 16-5-3 and a 24-game combined score of 134 to 47. The exclamation point to their summer season was winning the South Coast Summer Classic Tournament … which included an undefeated record (6-0-1) and a 9-0 shutout victory in the championship game over Newport Harbor. The Mustangs combined seven game tournament score was 43 to 9, with an average margin of victory of 5 runs, including 3 shutouts.

Message from Coach Burns to incoming freshmen and their families …

Due to construction at THHS, we are without a field this summer. Graciously, Mission Viejo High School is allowing us to use their field for our camp.

Additionally, the Incoming Freshman league will start the same week as camp. I didn’t want to cancel the games and thought the extra games will be a nice compliment to our practices.

So here is the plan for the first week:

Monday June 24 – Practice on the Mission Viejo Varsity field – 1:00 – 3:30
Tuesday June 25 – Doubleheader at 12 and 2 @ San Juan Hills
Wednesday June 26 – Practice @ Mission Viejo Varsity Field – 1:00 – 3:30
Thursday June 27 – Game @ Aliso Niguel, 2PM
Friday June 28 – Practice @ Mission Viejo Varsity Field – 1:00 – 3:30

The remainder of the game schedule will soon be posted @ http://trabucobaseball.com/frosh/schedule/

Incoming Frosh Update

May 10, 2013

Message from Coach Burns to incoming freshmen and their families …

The barcode has been established for the incoming freshman camp and you can now sign up online … barcode is 60790.

We still don’t know where camp will be held June 24 – 28, but we do know there will likely be games on the 25th and 27th as well as most Tuesdays and Thursdays through most of July (most will be noon, 1:00pm or 2:00pm).

You may notice that when you sign up online the price is lower than stated on my flyer. That is because of the uncertainty of our field due to the Summer construction. I didn’t feel it was fair to charge the same price if I can’t guarantee the same hours of instruction.

Links to the Camp Flyer and FAQ are below, as well as the Enrollment Procedure Instructions. They can also be found in the “Forms” section of our website.

Stay tuned to this website for updates and when I know more, I will post it.. Thank you for your understanding.
